Whenever the public health, safety and general welfare require, the council may, by ordinance, amend the provisions of this title in accordance with the procedures of this section, and in accordance with the procedures authorized by Idaho Code section 67-6513. Amendments may be initiated by an application, by planning staff, or by adoption of a motion by the commission or the council. (Ord. 1191, 2015)
