16.08.030: STORAGE, PARKING AREAS:

Residential townhouse and cottage developments shall provide parking spaces according to the requirements of title 17, chapter 17.09 of this code.

Cottage storage: Each cottage dwelling unit shall be provided with a dedicated storage unit that is fifty (50) square feet in size. The storage unit may be located within or adjacent to the house, within a garage or carport, or within a free-standing accessory building. (Ord. 1336, 2023; Ord. 1191, 2015)
