3.04.030: PROPRIETARY FUNDS:
The ordinary running expenses of enterprise activities of the city, including water operations, wastewater operations, water replacement operations and wastewater replacement operations, not otherwise provided for in this chapter, shall be paid out of any monies in the proprietary funds. (Ord. 832 § 3, 2002)
