15.16.120.10: MONIES NOT EXPENDED:
Any monies, including any accrued interest not assigned to specific system improvements within such capital improvements program and not expended pursuant to section 15.16.080 of this chapter or refunded pursuant to section 15.16.060 of this chapter shall be retained in the same account until the next fiscal year. (Ord. 985 § 1, 2007)
