15.16.120.04: REDUCTION IN LEVELS OF SERVICE:
Nothing in this chapter shall obligate the city to approve any development request which may reasonably be expected to reduce levels of service below minimum acceptable levels established in this chapter. (Ord. 985 § 1, 2007)
