15.16.080.05: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN REIMBURSEMENT:
The monies collected from the capital improvement plan development impact fees shall be used only to reimburse the city for the preparation of the development impact fee study. (Ord. 985 § 1, 2007)
