13.04.100: BACKFILLING:
In the event the installation, repair or maintenance of a private water or wastewater service line disturbs the public right of way or easement, the owner shall backfill and repair the public right of way or easement in accordance with the standards and shall be subject to inspection by and approval by the city. (Ord. 1094, 2011)
