A. Water: The City, through its authorized representative bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted at proper and reasonable hours of the day to enter all properties, premises or buildings to which water is furnished from the Municipal water system for testing or for any other purpose necessary for the proper administration of the water system in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
B. Wastewater: The City, through its authorized representative bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1094, 2011)
