12.20.060.02: LIABILITY:
In addition to the penalties set forth in section 12.20.060.01 of this chapter, any person, firm or legal entity whose actions cause damage to or the destruction of a public tree shall be liable to the City of Hailey for the value of the public tree and all costs incurred by the City of Hailey in caring for, treating, pruning, removing and/or replacing the public tree. (Ord. 1013 § 2, 2008)
