12.16.100: PROHIBITED ACTS:
   A.   No person or entity shall water or irrigate property in such a manner that water is sprayed upon pavement within a right of way or easement.
   B.   Loading, unloading or operation of track type vehicles on pavement areas in a right of way or easement is prohibited. (Ord. 878 § 10, 2004; Ord. 566 § 7, 1990)
