Any applicant may appeal a decision or action made in connection with this chapter to the Hailey city council within fifteen (15) days from the date of the decision or action. The appeal shall specifically state the decision appealed and the reasons for the appeal. If no appeal is filed within the fifteen (15) day period, the decision or action shall be deemed final.
