12.16.060: TIME LIMITATIONS ON PAVEMENT CUTS:
No cutting of pavement located within a right of way shall be allowed prior to March 31 or after October 15, unless emergency or mitigating circumstances are found to exist by the city street superintendent or the city engineer. (Ord. 878 § 6, 2004; Ord. 566 § 6, 1990)
