12.14.100: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Criminal Liability: Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense, punishable as described in this section.
   B.   Civil Liability: Appropriate actions and proceedings may be taken at law or in equity to prevent any violation of the provisions stated in this chapter, to prevent any violation of these regulations, to recover damages, to restrain, correct or abate a violation and to prevent illegal occupancy of public property. These remedies shall be in addition to the penalties described above. (Ord. 1082 § 1, 2011)
