Bicycles, e-bikes, or alternative electric motored vehicles shall be parked using established bicycle racks. In the event bicycle racks are not available, bicycles shall be parked in such a manner as to not obstruct or impede the movement of pedestrians, motor vehicles or other bicycles, or as to not cause damage to trees, shrubs or other living plants.
