A. It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate any tracked equipment with metal cleats over or across any of the public streets of the city that have an oiled surface.
B. Any violation of the provisions of this section is unlawful and any person so violating such provisions shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) and costs.
C. Nothing in this section shall be deemed or construed as prohibiting the use of any tracked equipment that does not have metal cleats on the track. (Ord. 1170, 2015; Ord. 251 §§ 1 - 3, 1956)
