10.08.010: PURPOSE:

This chapter is intended to create reasonable regulations and restrictions to allow for safe snow removal and street cleaning within the rights of way, to provide for convenient and safe travel of vehicles and persons on rights of way, and to promote businesses within the city of Hailey.
