The Mayor shall determine the agenda of all regular meetings and any special meeting, except for special meetings called by the Hailey City Council, in which case the Hailey City Council shall determine the agenda for the special meeting. The agenda may consist of the following, but not necessarily in the following order:
Open session for public concerns
Call to order
Consent agenda
Proclamations and presentations
Public hearings
New business
Old business
Workshops
Staff reports and discussion
Council reports and discussion
Executive session
