10.04.020: PASSENGER BUSES:
Passengers alighting from any bus, other than school buses, shall wait at the curb until after the bus has left before crossing the street. It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle passing a bus other than a school bus loading or unloading passengers to pass such bus at a speed in excess of ten (10) miles per hour.
