The Hailey City Council shall conduct at least two (2) regular meetings each month on the second and fourth Mondays in the City Council Chambers at Hailey City Hall, 115 Main Street South, Hailey, Idaho, unless one of the monthly regular meetings is cancelled by the Mayor or one-half (1/2) plus one of the members of the Hailey City Council.
