9.04.050: VAGRANCY:
Every person who loafs or loiters about the streets or places of business in the city, and every idle or dissolute person sleeping in a public place is a vagrant, and punishable by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
