9.04.041: URINATING OR DEFECATING IN PUBLIC PLACE:
   A.   It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to urinate or defecate in a public place within the city. For purposes of this section, a "public place" shall include all publicly owned streets, alleys, rights of way, publicly owned buildings and areas, and all privately owned buildings and areas open to, and/or frequented by, the public.
   B.   Any person convicted of violating any provision of this section may be fined in an amount of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 633 § 1, 1994)
