6.04.060: OFFICERS AUTHORIZED TO ENTER PROPERTY:
Any peace officer or animal control officer is authorized to enter private property to take possession of and impound any animal whenever the peace officer or animal control officer is in fresh pursuit of an animal which is in violation of the provisions of this chapter at the time the animal control officer enters onto private property. (Ord. 516 § 6, 1988)
