6.04.010: PURPOSE:
This chapter is passed to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents and visitors of the city and to protect the properties of such persons by establishing a uniform and humane animal control ordinance. (Ord. 871 § 1, 2004; Ord. 758 § 2, 2000; Ord. 516 § 1, 1988)
