5.32.040: DURATION OF TAXES:
   A.   Except as otherwise provided herein, the Nonproperty Taxes authorized and collected under this chapter are hereby imposed for a duration of thirty (30) years from the effective date hereof. (Ord. 1257 § 1, 2020; Ord. 1212, 2017; Ord. 1133, 2013; Ord. 1035 § 1, 2009; Ord. 950 § 1, 2006)
