5.28.060: LICENSEE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF EMPLOYEES:

The holder of any pawnbroker's license required in this chapter shall be liable and responsible for any and all acts of his employees and agents and for any violation of the provisions of this chapter by said employees and agents. (Ord. 596 § 6, 1992)
