(A) Generally. This section shall apply only to those industrial parks wherein the developer of same has entered into an agreement with the town for the provision of sanitary sewer collection and treatment service. This section shall not be retroactive to existing industrial parks now served by the town and its utilities.
(B) Fees, rates, and charges.
(1) Service charge. A charge as follows shall be assessed to each user unit each calendar month:
(a) Phase I (effective 2/1/2022): $29.77.
(b) Phase II (effective 1/1/2023): $30.66.
(c) Phase III (effective 1/1/2024): $31.58.
(2) Metered rates per user unit per month per 1,000 gallons, up to 1,000,000 gallons:
(a) Phase I (effective 2/1/2022): $1.27.
(b) Phase II (effective 1/1/2023): $1.31.
(c) Phase III (effective 1/1/2024): $1.35.
(3) Metered rates per user unit per month per 1,000 gallons, over 1,000,000 gallons:
(a) Phase I (effective 2/1/2022): $0.70.
(b) Phase II (effective 1/1/2023): $0.72.
(c) Phase III (effective 1/1/2024): $0.74.
(4) Tapping fees.
(a) A tap fee of $400 shall be assessed each user unit upon connection to the public sewer main.
(b) The tap connection and service line shall be constructed at the using unit’s expense.
(C) Compliance. All customers being served by the Hagerstown Sewer Department shall agree to abide by and remain in compliance with the Hagerstown Code of Ordinances as found in the following atitles and chapters: Title V; Chapter 50, General Provisions; Chapter 53, Sewer Ordinance; Ordinance Number 4-1996, Industrial Park Schedule of Rates (this section).
