A. Improperly Parked Vehicles: Any vehicle parked in violation of traffic regulations or any vehicle parked so as to obstruct the free movement of traffic or to cause a traffic hazard may be immediately removed upon order of a duly authorized law enforcement officer in accordance with Idaho Code section 49-1801 et seq. (1996 Code § 9-5-1)
B. Wrecked Or Abandoned Vehicles: All other vehicles believed to be abandoned shall be removed in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code title 49, chapter 18. (1996 Code § 9-5-2)
