4-1-8: CHARGES FOR ABATEMENT OF WEEDS AND OTHER NUISANCES:
   A.   Charges Imposed: Charges for mowing of weeds on private property or eliminating other nuisances described in this chapter shall be the actual cost to the city for such removal. (1996 Code § 7-1-8; amd. 2010 Code)
   B.   Failure To Pay Bill; Lien: The property owner shall be billed, and if debt is not paid in a timely fashion, the city shall cause a lien to be placed on the property in the amount of the debt. (1996 Code § 7-1-8)
