Anything which is injurious to health or which is indecent or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free passage or use in the customary manner of any street, alley, sidewalk, or public park, or injures any street, alley or public park, or disturbs the peace and quiet is hereby declared to be a "nuisance".
