7-1-1: SURVEY, DATUM PLANE:
The mean sea level shall be and the same hereby is the official datum plane or base from which the height of all points measured by or for the city shall be determined as shown by the official bench mark of the United States reclamation service. (1996 Code § 1-10-2)
