A. Facility For Commercial Propagation Of Fish Unlawful: Notwithstanding any provision of the international building code or any other section of this code, no permit shall be granted for the construction or maintenance of a facility for the commercial propagation of fish within the impact area of the city. The construction or maintenance of a facility for the commercial propagation of fish is unlawful.
B. Building Code Enforcement: All regulations, provisions, penalties and conditions of said international building code shall apply and be enforced by the city in the area of city impact as described in ordinance 933 of the city of Hagerman and as described in ordinance 20 of the ordinances of Gooding County, or as said area may hereafter be fixed and described 1 .
