§ 90.23 LICENSE AND RABIES TAG TO BE ATTACHED TO DOG.
   The state license tag and rabies tag shall be fastened to the collar of the dog and shall be worn continuously, and the failure to have the tag so attached shall subject the owner or keeper thereof to the penalties provided herein.
