§ 90.08 KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK RESTRICTED.
   (A)   It shall henceforth be unlawful for any person to harbor or corral any livestock within the city limits, for a continuous period of more than 24 hours, in an enclosure which is located within 300 feet of a residence which is owned by someone other than the owner of the livestock. This prohibition shall not apply if the enclosure in which the livestock is kept consists of an area of more than two acres.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, LIVESTOCK is defined as any animal which will weigh more than 175 pounds as an adult, in addition to any of the following: horses, chickens, roosters, cattle, swine, goats, sheep.
