It is hereby declared to be an offense to violate any provision of this article or any other provision the ordinances or the city code regulating the operation of human-powered vehicles having three or more wheels, and upon conviction thereof, a fine of not to exceed $100 shall be levied for each offense, plus court costs. Each day a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
