(A) A person propelling a vehicle shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.
(B) No vehicle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped.
(C) No person riding upon any vehicle, bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
(D) Every person operating a vehicle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle, motor vehicle or a vehicle or motor vehicle proceeding in the same direction.
(E) No person operating a vehicle shall carry any package, bundle or article which prevents the driver from keeping both hands upon the steering wheel, controls or steering mechanism.
