§ 20-271 SPECIAL SPEED LIMITATIONS.

No person shall operate any motorcycle or any motor scooter at a speed greater than the speed limit legally posted. In no event, nor at any time, shall an operator under the age of 16 years operate a motorcycle or motor scooter at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour.
