§ 20-207 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.
   No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.

§ 20-209 BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall board or alight from any vehicle while the vehicle is in motion.

   (B)   No person shall ride on any vehicle upon any portion thereof not designed or intended for the use of passengers. This provision shall not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty or to persons riding within truck bodies in space intended for merchandise.

§ 20-211 DANGEROUS OBJECTS IN STREETS.
   It is unlawful for any person to place, or cause to be placed or let fall and remain, in or upon any street, any scrap iron, nail, tack, glass, stick or other thing which is likely to injure persons or damage property, or to render a street unsafe for traffic.
