§ 20-235  BLIND PERSONS CARRYING CANES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, except persons wholly or partially blind, to carry for use on the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the city any walking canes or sticks which are white in color, with red end or bottom.  The carrying of a cane shall identify the person as being partially or wholly blind.
