All deeds of conveyance for lots in the cemetery property shall be executed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk under the corporate seal of the city, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to excuse deeds in the form as may be from time to time adopted to the purchaser of lots, without further direction or authorization by the City Council.
