Any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership or joint venture, agent, subcontractor, contractor or employee thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the current amount established in § 12-34 of this code. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
