(A) Any person who violates provision of this article or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof or who erects, constructs or installs a swimming pool in violation of a detail statement or plans submitted and approved thereunder or a permit or certificate issued thereunder shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in § 12-34 of this code.
(B) Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed as a separate offense.
