Wrecked, damaged or dilapidated mobile homes and recreation vehicles shall not be kept or stored in a mobile home park or recreation vehicle park. The Health Officer shall determine if a mobile home or recreation vehicle is damaged or dilapidated to a point which makes the mobile home or recreation vehicle unfit for human occupancy on either a temporary or permanent basis. Whenever a determination is made, the mobile home or recreation vehicle shall be vacated and removed from the premises.
