§ 4-130  PARK AREAS; WATER; FIRES.
   (A)   Park areas shall be kept free of litter, rubbish and other flammable materials.
   (B)   Where the water supply system does not provide at least six-inch water mains, there shall be provided a two-inch frost protected water riser within 300 feet of each mobile home or building.
   (C)   Fires shall be made only in stoves and other cooking and/or heating equipment intended for the purposes.
