A. Retail Liquor Dealer: Every person licensed as a retail liquor dealer shall pay an annual fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
B. Club: Every club licensed under a limited retail liquor license shall pay an annual fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
C. Malt Beverage Permit: Every person issued a permit pursuant to section 2-1-4 of this chapter shall pay a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day.
D. Open Container Permit: Every person issued a permit pursuant to section 2-1-3 of this chapter shall pay a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day.
E. Catering Permit: Every person issued a permit pursuant of section 2-1-3 of this chapter shall pay a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day.
F. Restaurant: Every restaurant licensed under a restaurant license shall pay an annual fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
G. Fees Nonrefundable: No refund of all or any part of any license fee shall be made at any time following the issuance thereof. (Ord. 2017-008, 11-7-2017)
