§ 97.06 DUMPING AND LITTER.

There shall be no dumping of trash, garbage, litter, rubbish, refuse, landscaping debris, tents, tarps, bedding, shopping carts, or any other type of waste in the town parks, basins, playgrounds or recreation areas, alleys or right-of-ways.
