For purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MICROCELL EQUIPMENT. Devices that are connected to the aerial facilities of a person specified in this code and that are used solely for transmitting, processing and receiving voice and data wireless telecommunications services. MICROCELL EQUIPMENT does not include any ground-based equipment.
MICROCELL POLES. A pole or similar structure and attached appurtenances, including strand, that is designed for telecommunications, cable, data or electric functions.
