§ 92.06 OWNER OR OCCUPANT REQUIREMENTS.
   All owners, or residents if the property is not owner-occupied, of real property within the town limits shall obtain waste collection services in accordance with the requirements of this chapter from a provider licensed by the town pursuant to this chapter.
