(A) No person shall operate any bathhouse or massage parlor without first securing and having in effect a license so to do issued by the Town Manager/Clerk or his or her authorized agent.
(B) No person shall perform the services of an attendant in a bathhouse or massage parlor without first securing and having in effect a license so to do issued by the Town Manager/Clerk or his or her authorized agent.
(C) No operator of a bathhouse or massage parlor shall permit any person to act as an attendant unless such person is a duly licensed attendant.
