It is unlawful for any person while in a park, basin, or any other open space owned by the town to commit any of the following acts:
(A) Drink or have in his or her possession any alcoholic beverage;
(B) Have in his or her possession any bottle, can, container, box, or receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage which has been opened, or its seal broken, or the contents partially removed.
(C) Have in his or her possession any type of glass, bottle, or other glass container.
