For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABANDONED.
Worn out, unused, stripped, unclaimed, scrapped, junked, or discarded.
PRIVATE PROPERTY.
Land owned in the town by any person, firm, partnership, or corporation other than the United States or the State of Arizona.
STORAGE
. The presence or locating of abandoned motor vehicles.
VEHICLE.
An automobile, truck, or tractor, including trailers and farm equipment.
